The Convenience of Amtrak.com for Ticketed Corporate Bookings
Amtrak.com provides access to reservations booked through third-party Corporate Travel Agency booking tools. Navigate to the “My Trip” option on the upper right side next to “Train Status”. Enter the reservation number and contact information used when the reservation was created (email address or phone number). If Amtrak.com is able to match the information within the reservation, you will see options to "Modify Trip", "Cancel Trip", or "Generate New Travel Document".

How do I modify a seat assignment for a corporate booking on Amtrak.com?
Select a different seat at any time after a reservation has been ticketed. Go to "My Trip" on Amtrak.com and enter the reservation number, last name, email address, and or phone number used for the reservation, and select “Find Trip”. Select “Modify Trip” then choose segment to change or “Entire Trip” and open the blue tile to the right of the “Upgrade” button. Additional “Modify Options” will then be visible including a “Change Seats” option. Select “Change Seats” and the seat map will display what’s available in light blue text. When the seat selection change is confirmed, an updated eTicket will be automatically generated.
How do I cancel and refund a corporate booking on Amtrak.com?
Cancel your reservation online by clicking "My Trip" at the top of any page on Amtrak.com. Enter the reservation number, last name, email address, and or phone number used for the reservation and select “Find Trip”. Then, select "Cancel Trip" button and follow the steps for cancelation.
Who do I contact for a duplicate receipt?
Request a ticket receipt copy by submitting a request through Contact Us. Select "Duplicate Receipt Request" from the subject dropdown and fill out the rest of the information on this page. The ticket receipt copy will be faxed or emailed to you.
