Request Missing Points
Please allow up to 7 days for points earned from Amtrak travel to post to your account. If points have not posted after 7 days, you have up to 120 days following your travel date to submit a request using this form. If you are a new Amtrak Guest Rewards member, you may request points for Amtrak travel taken in the 21 days prior to your enrollment.

Below are a few possible reasons why your Amtrak travel transaction didn't automatically post to your account and what you can do about it.
Your member number was not in the reservation and therefore not printed on your ticket or travel document.
In order to earn points automatically for your Amtrak trip your member number must be in your reservation. if your member number was not included in your reservation it will not appear on your ticket or travel document. Please use this online form to submit your request for missing points.
You purchased your ticket on board the train.
If you purchased your ticket on board the train from the conductor, you will hove to request your points by contacting the Service Center. You may either call us at 800-307-5000 or you con mail us your ticket stub and a written request to Amtrak Guest Rewards, PO BOX 14368, Philadelphia PA 19115.
The passenger name on the reservation doesn't match the name in your Amtrak Guest Rewards profile.
In order to earn points automatically for your Amtrak trip the passenger name in your reservation must exactly match your name in your Amtrak Guest Rewards profile. If the names do not match, you may either call us at 800-307-5000 or you can mail us your ticket stub and/or written request to Amtrak Guest Rewards, PO BOX 14368, Philadelphia PA 19115.
