NextGen Acela Onboard Safety Information

Your safety is our top priority. Please take a moment to review the Customer Safety Instructions. When you’re onboard the train, you’ll find a card at your seat. It only takes a minute to review and it's good to know what to do in case something unexpected happens.
Interior Emergency Window Removal Demonstration
In the unlikely event that an incident occurs, the Conductor will provide instructions. There are three emergency evacuation routes while onboard the train:
- Move to the train car in front of or behind you.
- Exit through the side doors to another train or to the ground.
- And only as a last resort, go through an emergency exit window.
Watch this video to learn how to remove a NextGen emergency exit window.
