How to Purchase or Redeem Points
You can purchase a Single Visit Lounge Pass at the lounge for $35 at Boston (BOS), Chicago (CHI), Los Angeles (LAX), Philadelphia (PHL), Portland, OR (PDX) and Washington, D.C. (WAS) or $50 at New York – Moynihan Train Hall (NYP).
If you’re an Amtrak Guest Rewards member, you can also redeem 1,500 points in exchange for a pass through our site or the Amtrak app. Make sure to redeem your points prior to arriving at the station for your trip.

Terms and Conditions
The lounge pass is eligible for purchase and use only at a customer’s departure station or scheduled layover station. Customers can access the lounge up to 3 hours prior to their scheduled departure time. Exceptions for Amtrak delays and connections apply.
