System Maintenance Sunday, Oct 19th from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. ET

Due to routine maintenance, Amtrak systems will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, October 19th, from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Please be aware of the following impacts during this limited window:

  • No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made.
  • The Train Status feature, which provides information about departure and arrival times, will not be accessible on Amtrak.com or the mobile app.
  • Our Customer Care Center and station staff also utilize these systems and will be unable to update reservations.

Please note: You can still access your active tickets/QR codes for trains departing during this time period. We will also continue to send messages regarding your train status and gate/track information.
