Amtrak Guest Rewards System Maintenance

Amtrak will be performing scheduled maintenance on November 6th from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM (ET). During this time, customers may experience issues logging into their Amtrak Guest Rewards accounts via Amtrak.com or the mobile app.

 

What's temporarily Unavailable:
 
  • eCoupons and/or vouchers cannot be used towards your reservation. These will remain in your account for use after the maintenance period.
  • Points or a combination of points and cash cannot be used to purchase your reservation.
  • Reservations will not appear in “My Trips,” but can be accessed using the reservation number from your confirmation email.
  • Guest Rewards products, such as Gift Cards or Points, can not be purchased or redeemed.

Customers can still:

  • Book travel as a guest.
  • Receive assistance from Amtrak Care Center agents for reservations.

During maintenance, customers can link guest reservations to their Amtrak Guest Rewards account by entering their Guest Rewards number during booking on Amtrak.com or the Amtrak app. Amtrak Guest Rewards agents are available to assist daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (ET) at 1-800-307-5000.. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to enhance your experience.
