Constructed in 1943 on the site of an earlier depot, the Aberdeen station is served by Amtrak, MARC and local buses; it's a popular stop for staff of the nearby Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

Aberdeen Station Accessibility Improvements

Amtrak is progressing a project at the Aberdeen station to improve barrier-free access. Currently, the two side platforms can only be reached by a pedestrian overpass until further notice. The ramped pedestrian overpass is longer than the stair-accessed tunnel and may require additional time to navigate.
