Systems Will Be Temporarily Unavailable Due to Routine Maintenance

Due to routine system maintenance, Amtrak systems will be temporarily unavailable beginning Sunday, June 29th, at 3:00 a.m. We will have them back and available to you as swiftly as possible. Please note the following impacts during this period:

  •  No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made. 
  • The Train Status feature will not be accessible on Amtrak.com or the mobile app.
  • Our Customer Care Center also utilizes these systems and will be unable to amend reservations.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our systems for your future travel needs.
