New Haven, CT Platform Under Construction
Effective August 31, 2026Customers traveling through New Haven, CT (NHV) should be aware that platform construction is underway as part of a Metro-North infrastructure improvement project. Portions of the station platforms are temporarily closed while work is being completed, and customers may need to board or leave trains from a different location than they normally would.
Please watch for posted signs and follow directions from station staff while moving through the station. For your safety, use caution in construction areas and allow extra time to reach your train.
