Weather Related Delays and Service Update

We are currently experiencing strong winds and heavy rain from a nor’easter impacting portions of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. At this time, no additional service adjustments are planned. However, customers should expect delays as we work to safely resume normal operations. Service is expected to operate normally tomorrow. However, if the storm causes damage to railroad infrastructure, delays or service adjustments may be necessary. If additional service adjustments are required, affected customers will be contacted directly with updated travel information.

Call volumes may be higher than normal, resulting in longer wait times. For faster assistance, we encourage you to use Amtrak.com or the Amtrak app to manage your trip, check Train Status, and explore available travel options.
