Systems Will Be Temporarily Unavailable Due to Routine Maintenance

Due to routine system maintenance, Amtrak systems will be temporarily unavailable beginning Sunday, March 8th, at 1:00am. We will have them back and available to you as swiftly as possible. Please note the following impacts during this period:

No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made via Amtrak.com or the mobile app. Customers should call 1-800-USA-Rail for assistance.
Customers will have some limitations when accessing their Amtrak Guest Rewards account.
Direct communication to customers regarding operational delays will not be available. Customers can check Amtrak.com or the mobile app for real-time train status information.
