Most Amtrak trips are available for redemption online at Amtrak.com. For round-trip travel, you must make 2 one-way redemption reservations. If the trip cannot be booked online, you may make your reservation by phone with the Amtrak Guest Rewards Service Center at 1-800-307-5000.
Excluded from redemption online are:
View the chart of Amtrak travel redemption zones to find out how many points you will need for your trip. Or simply start making your reservation. The system will alert you if you do not have enough points for the trip you request. Travel blackouts apply to redemption reservations. Select Plus members may redeem for travel on blackout dates using additional points.
Redemption reservations cannot be canceled or modified online. If you need to cancel or modify your itinerary, contact the Amtrak Guest Rewards Service Center at 1-800-307-5000 for assistance.
