The Amtrak Helpline has been established in order to provide an avenue for employees and customers to get help in resolving any type of conflict including harassment, intimidation, discrimination or retaliation (in violation of Equal Employment, Rail Safety or other laws), Amtrak has established the Amtrak Help-Line, a toll-free number and web site which offer a safe and (if you wish) an anonymous reporting venue.
To guarantee anonymity, the Helpline is operated by an outside vendor. Amtrak encourages the reporting of any concerns to the Amtrak Helpline by calling 1-866-908-7231 or visiting the Amtrak Web Reporting System.
The Helpline is distinct from the Office of the Inspector General Hotline. If you are calling to report a matter of waste, fraud or abuse, please call the Amtrak Office of Inspector General Hotline at 1-800-468-5469, visit the Amtrak Office of the Inspector General web site or write to Amtrak, Office of the Inspector General, P.O.
