The purpose of the User Profile feature is to make it easier for you to make reservations. You can save information in your profile so that you won't have to reenter it each time you book a new reservation.
If you are logged in while making a reservation we will fill in certain fields and forms with the following saved information from your profile:

If you can't remember your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link below the login tool and we will send an e-mail containing your password. You will need to enter the e-mail address associated with your User Profile, your last name and the primary phone number saved in your Profile.
Effective February 24, 2008, you will be required to change your User ID to an e-mail address to log into Amtrak.com. Learn more about these changes.
