The Management Associate Program is a 12 to 18 month program designed to develop high potential entry level employees by providing skills and experiences to prepare them for leadership positions, in both business and technical management within Amtrak Corporation. Must have a BA/BS in the following areas: Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Design, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering. Candidates must have leadership experience with excellent oral & written communication skills. Problem solving & analytical skills are a must. GPA of 3.0 is required.
