Service Alerts and Notices

Two types of temporary disruptions of Amtrak services are posted on this page:

• Service Alerts tend to be of limited duration and are the result of unforeseen events, such as severe weather, and are issued when needed.
• Passenger Service Notices, such as those due to construction projects, are events with more advance notice.

• Capitol Corridor Service: Weekday Delays and Weekend Motorcoach Service between Richmond and Oakland Jack London Square

• Crescent Trains 19 and 20: Canceled between Atlanta and New Orleans

• Track Work Affects Pacific Surfliner Service North of Los Angeles

• Coast Starlight Train 14 and Amtrak Cascades Trains 508 and 1514: Track Work Affects Schedules and Service

• Capitol Limited Eastbound Train 30: Possible Service Disruption between Pittsburgh and Washington

• Transfers in Boston to Downeaster and Other Amtrak Trains
