Index of Available Information

The Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 mandated that entities subject to the Act make certain categories of records available to the public. Such records include: (1) final opinions and orders made in the adjudication of cases, (2) specific agency policy statements, (3) administrative staff manuals and instructions to staff that affect a member of the public; (4) records that have been released under the FOIA that have become or are likely to be the subject of subsequent FOIA requests, and (5) a general index of the records in the reading room. Provided below are links to Amtrak records meeting these requirements as well as other records of interest.
