New Evening Services on Acela Express Between New York and DC

Amtrak is pleased to announce new evening services on Acela Express between New York, NY, and Washington, DC. In addition to the comfort and speed of Acela, these new services add convenience to meet your travel needs.

The new services include:

• An 8:00 pm departure from Washington Union Station, arriving at New York Penn Station at 10:45 pm.
• A 9:15 pm departure from New York Penn Station arriving at Washington Union Station at 11:59 pm.

With these additional services, Amtrak now offers 16 daily Acela round-trips between New York, NY, and Washington, DC. It's all part of our ongoing expansion of high-speed rail service in the Northeast Corridor.
